Our story started when our Founder, Maggie Maroussis, decided she needed to leave her job in corporate HR after finally reaching that often desired role of General Manager at a publicly listed company. She saw a gap in the market where so many businesses needed quality HR advice but could not afford their own HR Manager, and our firm kicked off with its first client! Her initial goal was to change the reputation of Human Resources. Maggie came from a strong sales and leadership background at a national level but was always better at the “people stuff’ and she wanted to change that perception of HR particularly for small to medium sized organisations. Ensuring a business has a working and pragmatic HR function can be an investment not a cost! From there MM Consultancy Group has grown and today we are one of the leading providers of HR services in Australia.
